Pierogies

Finally tried my hand at making from-scratch pierogies tonight. I made a lot of mistakes that I learned from, but the results were entirely edible. I used a standard potato and onion filling, but after I get better at making pierogies, I'm definitely going to look for other suggested fillings to try.
